General Settings

This guide covers the general settings and configuration options available in the FullShop Gen 3 software. Here you’ll find information about system preferences, user settings, and other configurable parameters.

Parameter / Function	Description
First Name	First name of user.
Last Name	Last name of user.
Email weekly summary	When checked, application sends a summary once per week. Based on machines users are subscribed to.
Email daily reminder	For the DFUs and machines to which you are subscribed, sends an email every morning with any alarms and warnings that have been triggered but not yet reset.
Email immediate notification	When checked, application sends emails on warnings and alarms when they are first triggered. Based on machines users are subscribed to.
Top off adjustment mode indicators	When enabled, User to see top off mode of each CNC on summary page.
Training mode	Users cannot submit or change data in this mode. Adds tooltips as well.
Email	Shows the email that is being used for sending alerts and notifications.
Shop	Shows the CNC shop user has selected.
Role	Shows the users’ current role.
Shop admin	Shows who the current admin is for your shop.
Shop admin email	Shows email of shop admin.
Join Another Shop	Allows users to join other shops.
SUBMIT	Used to save changes – if you X out of the menu your changes will not be saved

Overall Context

Admin has access to this user management system. Admin is assigned with OEM.

Role / Feature	Description
Invite New Users	Invite users to join at app.168mfg.com. Send above website and an invite code to employees or partners you want to join your shop’s app. The same code can be used more than once, but only an active code will grant access.
Invite Codes	Can be deactivated or refreshed by admin.
Guest User Profile	Guests are able to view machine data but not create or edit any data.
Operator 1 User Profile	Operator 1 profiles can view machine data and create data points. CANNOT reset alarms
Operator 2 User Profile	Operator 2 profiles can view machine data and create data points. CAN reset alarms
Supervisor User Profile	Supervisors are able to view machine data, create data points, manage machine settings, manage shop settings, reset alarms, enable empty sump fills, use bleed out functions.
Admin User Profile	Only the shop admin can manage users, manage invite codes and edit/delete data points.

Users In Your Shop

Action	Description
Promote	Increments user to next higher level of permission.
Demote	Decrements user to next lower level of permission.
Remove from shop	Removes the user access to the applications.

Overall Page Context

Use to set global defaults that will get used when adding new machines into the application. Think of these as “what is typical”. Each parameter will be editable at the machine level

Default SVI Settings
Top off adjustment mode	Selection defines how top off ratios are determined. - Manual: User manually sets top off ratio. - Suggest: From a refract reading the app will suggest top off ratio. Users can decline, accept, or modify. - Auto: From refract reading > App automatically adjusts top off ratio when new data is entered in.
Top off adjustment strategy	Sets top off strategy to CNC when in suggested or auto mode. - Less Aggressive: Smaller adjustments per adjustment - Default: Standard Algorithm - More Aggressive: Larger adjustments per adjustment
Default Coolant
Coolant name	Name of coolant being used. (Found on SDS)
Coolant type	The mixture base of the coolant. - Soluble oil - Synthetic - Semi – Synthetic - Straight oil (Found on SDS)
Coolant refractive index	The coolant multiplier used when gathering concentration data. (Found on SDS)

CONFIGURE DFU WIFI	Starts utility to make Wi-Fi connection to your SSID using password and user credential. Required USB cable to be physically connected. Detailed instruction will appear upon entry to utility.

Overall Page Context

Use to set up the Sensor Valve Interfaced used at each CNC to collect data and control auto filling. Upon entry: Select Machine you would like to parameterize. Note: All values and functions in this menu will only apply to the selected CNC. Also, warning notifications show up yellow, and alarms notifications show up as red.

Note

When starting up a new SVI, if the user does not enter a TO% and puts the SVI in “auto” mode they may assume it will adjust TO concentrations but since it does not have an entry, the SVI will stay at 0% and not make automatic adjustments. TO adjustment range is 0.5-20%.

Parameter / Function	Description
SAVE	Saves all settings made / changed to the SVI.
DELETE	Deletes machine from application. Action cannot be undone!
Machine name	Created name for the CNC that will show up in summary page.
SVI Settings
Digital Feed Unit (DFU)	Select DFU the SVI will connect to.
Sensor Valve Interface (SVI)	MAC address of the specific SVI used to communicate to the DFU.
PASTE SVI SETTINGS	Allows copied settings to be pasted to another SVI.
Bucket fill mode	Changes SVI to bucket fill mode. Refer to the “Bucket fill mode” table for more information.
SVI Mode	-CBE: Concentration by Entry. (manual entry) VIDEO OVERVIEW -CBS: Concentration by Sensor. (automatic entry) -PMK: Poor Mans Kit. (water only mode) -SENSE: Sensors only. (data collection only)
Refractometer Sensor	(Only used with CBS mode) The type of refractometer being used for data readings.
Enabled	Status of whether SVI is enabled or disabled.
Top off concentration	Current set value of top off concentration.
Max auto fill volume	The max number of gallons the DFU will use to fill a sump before stopping. Triggers fill prevention.
Max empty sump fill volume	The max number of gallons the DFU will use to fill an empty sump before stopping. Triggers fill prevention.
Max auto fill duration	Point system sends alarm notification/email. Triggers fill prevention.
Flood height	Used for scaling level sensor to sump. Defines 100% full.
High level alarm	Point system sends alarm notification/email. Triggers fill prevention.
High level warning	Point system sends warning notification and email.
Fill stop level	The level auto filling stops at
Level	Shows current level of coolant in the sump.

Machine Groups

Context

Allows shops to group CNC machines into logical groups that make sense to them. Examples might be: CNC Overview, Group 1-5, Milltronics, Sumps Room or Camshaft Retainer, etc.
