General Settings

This guide covers the general settings and configuration options available in the FullShop Gen 3 software. Here you’ll find information about system preferences, user settings, and other configurable parameters.

Parameter / FunctionDescription
First NameFirst name of user.
Last NameLast name of user.
Email weekly summaryWhen checked, application sends a summary once per week. Based on machines users are subscribed to.
Email daily reminderFor the DFUs and machines to which you are subscribed, sends an email every morning with any alarms and warnings that have been triggered but not yet reset.
Email immediate notificationWhen checked, application sends emails on warnings and alarms when they are first triggered. Based on machines users are subscribed to.
Top off adjustment mode indicatorsWhen enabled, User to see top off mode of each CNC on summary page.
Training modeUsers cannot submit or change data in this mode. Adds tooltips as well.
EmailShows the email that is being used for sending alerts and notifications.
ShopShows the CNC shop user has selected.
RoleShows the users’ current role.
Shop adminShows who the current admin is for your shop.
Shop admin emailShows email of shop admin.
Join Another ShopAllows users to join other shops.
SUBMITUsed to save changes – if you X out of the menu your changes will not be saved

Video Overview - Promote, Demote, Remove Users

Role / FeatureDescription
Invite New UsersInvite users to join at app.168mfg.com. Send above website and an invite code to employees or partners you want to join your shop’s app. The same code can be used more than once, but only an active code will grant access.
Invite CodesCan be deactivated or refreshed by admin.
Guest User ProfileGuests are able to view machine data but not create or edit any data.
Operator 1 User ProfileOperator 1 profiles can view machine data and create data points. CANNOT reset alarms
Operator 2 User ProfileOperator 2 profiles can view machine data and create data points. CAN reset alarms
Supervisor User ProfileSupervisors are able to view machine data, create data points, manage machine settings, manage shop settings, reset alarms, enable empty sump fills, use bleed out functions.
Admin User ProfileOnly the shop admin can manage users, manage invite codes and edit/delete data points.

Users In Your Shop

Default SVI Settings
Top off adjustment modeSelection defines how top off ratios are determined.

- Manual: User manually sets top off ratio.
- Suggest: From a refract reading the app will suggest top off ratio. Users can decline, accept, or modify.
- Auto: From refract reading > App automatically adjusts top off ratio when new data is entered in.
Top off adjustment strategySets top off strategy to CNC when in suggested or auto mode.

- Less Aggressive: Smaller adjustments per adjustment
- Default: Standard Algorithm
- More Aggressive: Larger adjustments per adjustment
Default Coolant
Coolant nameName of coolant being used. (Found on SDS)
Coolant typeThe mixture base of the coolant.

EXPORT DFU AND SVI CONFIGUIRATIONCreates export file for offline archive
CONFIGURE DFU WIFIStarts utility to make Wi-Fi connection to your SSID using password and user credential. Required USB cable to be physically connected. Detailed instruction will appear upon entry to utility.

SVI Settings
Digital Feed Unit (DFU)Select DFU the SVI will connect to.
Sensor Valve Interface (SVI)MAC address of the specific SVI used to communicate to the DFU.
PASTE SVI SETTINGSAllows copied settings to be pasted to another SVI.
Bucket fill modeChanges SVI to bucket fill mode. Refer to the “Bucket fill mode” table for more information.
SVI Mode
-CBE: Concentration by Entry. (manual entry) VIDEO OVERVIEW
-CBS: Concentration by Sensor. (automatic entry)
-PMK: Poor Mans Kit. (water only mode)
-SENSE: Sensors only. (data collection only)
Refractometer Sensor(Only used with CBS mode) The type of refractometer being used for data readings.
EnabledStatus of whether SVI is enabled or disabled.
Top off concentrationCurrent set value of top off concentration.
Max auto fill volumeThe max number of gallons the DFU will use to fill a sump before stopping. Triggers fill prevention.
Max empty sump fill volumeThe max number of gallons the DFU will use to fill an empty sump before stopping. Triggers fill prevention.
Max auto fill durationPoint system sends alarm notification/email. Triggers fill prevention.
Flood heightUsed for scaling level sensor to sump. Defines 100% full.
High level alarmPoint system sends alarm notification/email. Triggers fill prevention.

Either:

  1. Start typing a new group name and press return.
  2. Select existing group from the list shown.
